Academic Housing Partners (AHP) was founded by Matthew Maruccia, a student housing industry veteran, with close to two decades of experience in the industry.

Backed by a leadership team with over 20 years of industry specific expertise, the company specializes in identifying and executing value-add, core-plus, and core strategies. AHP delivers differential investment performance through data-driven strategy and decision making, hands-on asset management, innovative and tailored business plans for each asset, a deep understanding of student housing market dynamics, and property management best practices. AHP's team has worked with some of the largest institutional investors and brings institutional-level underwriting, due diligence, and financial reporting to each partnership delivering value and peace of mind to its partners.
